With over 15 years experience in the staffing world as a strategic human resource partner, talent management professional, recruiter, sales and operations manager, Patti has worked with a plethora of industries and has pretty much seen it all.

 

She holds a Green Belt in Six Sigma and her certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).

 

She founded Talent Management Solutions, a consulting firm designed to provide small to medium-sized businesses with on demand human resources support, after some of her HR and small business owner friends began reaching out to her for advice and/or help.  She quickly realized that there are a lot of companies that need HR, but not every day.

 

Her specialties in talent acquisition, business process improvement, and employee relations have resulted in significant cost savings for her past employers and current clients.

 

During her tenure in the staffing industry, she successfully grew and managed multi-million dollar operations in Iowa, Illinois, and Indiana.

 

She is an active member with the Society of Human Resource Management and their local chapter, the Great River HR Association.  She’s a regular guest speaker to various organizations and university classes.
